its business time...(wait...not that kind!)

i have been sewing like a mad woman. okay not really but i have been keeping myself busy with sewing projects. right now i'm attempting to sells some of the things i have made. i haven't been successful at it thus far. it is a little discouraging but i'm not giving up just yet because i know i have a great thing to offer. 

i am making baby girl skirts. i think they are way cute and i have had many many compliments on them. i would love to just make them for people but they to cost a little bit of money to make and i do put time and a lot of effort and love into making them. i enjoy sewing so much and i've found something that i love to sew. if you're interested in buying one let me know!!! check out my etsy store...{HERE}

i'm also really wanting to get started on my photography business. i've decided to focus on newborn photography. i feel like that is definitely the road i want to take! if anyone's interested again let me know!

babybabybabybabybabybabycutebaby.

hmm...last night and today have been fairly rough. i've been throwing up just about everything i've eaten. :( no good. i don't like feeling sick. i don't like being sick. i really don't like vomiting. thank goodness its all for my baby!

mick and i went to my first doctors appointment last friday. it was wonderful! we got to hear the baby's heartbeat. dr. said it was a boy heartbeat. he also said those guesses are very rarely correct. lol. we'll have the the 20 week ultrasound october 6th. and we'll get to see baby!!!!!!!! and see if we're having a boy or girl. any guesses so far? i was hoping for a boy first. but i would LOVE to have a girl because i've been on a sewing streak. i use debbie's scraps from her quilts and make little baby skirts. (i will be selling them on etsy very soon).

i need to go to bed. i am about to pass out i'm so tired! haha. good night.

labor day weekend

mick and i wanted to get together with some friends for labor day weekend. we planned a cabin trip to aj and jessica's cabin. well, they planned it and we showed up. we just simply planted the idea in their heads. ;) lol. we had soooo much fun! mick and were on baby call this weekend for rob and kristy. there wasn't a baby though. :( sooooooonnnnnn!!!! i can't wait!
so this weekend we watched the byu game. we bbq'ed. we built a fire and had smores. we made biscuits and gravy. we went to a lake and on a hike. we went to the manti temple. we had fun. :D i'll post some photos a little later.

we've discovered chaz has allergies. that's why his eyes water. his allergies picked up hardcore up at the cabin (which seemed to be located in the middle of nowhere).

i am seriously so stinking bored today. mick had early morning classes but had to stay in provo until 4:30 tonight because he has a mandatory lecture he has to go to. so to save on gas he's just staying in provo. i was going to go to joann's and start a craft project. but guess what. i left my wallet in his car. i can't go anywhere because i don't have my license and i couldn't buy anything anyways because i don't have my money. goodness.
i started a food journal today. and i actually took a pre-natal vitamin! it was hard but i did it! woohoo. i have my first doctors appointment next friday. i'm a tiny bit nervous but way more excited! i cannot wait to see my baby! i cannot wait to hear the little heart beat. :D or their heartbeats. haha.
well, i'm going to go find something to do! something fun. i have things to do but they are not that fun. whatever...
